Stanley Owerko

Chairman of the Board

Stan Owerko is Chairman of the Board of Meridian Merchant Capital Canada and is the Founder and CEO of a major privately held Calgary based energy marketing and infrastructure company with operations throughout North America.

He has served or currently serves on numerous company boards including a large Toronto Stock Exchange listed oilfield services company, where he also served as a member of the Board Corporate Governance Committee. In addition to meaningful experience in the energy business, Mr. Owerko has significant experience in real estate and resort development and in other industries.
