Paul is the Vice-President of Corporate Development for a Winnipeg-based, publicly traded manufacturer of agricultural equipment. Prior to that, he was a partner in a mergers/acquisition and consulting business. He has also held senior management positions in a number of private companies, both as an employee and as contract-for-hire. Early in his career, he spent seven years with a Big 4 accounting firm.Paul is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified General Accountant. Combining his practical experience with ongoing professional development and seminars, he has developed a comprehensive yet broad knowledge base in operational and people management, accounting, taxation and corporate finance.
Active in the community with his wife Yolande and two children, he is also Treasurer of Sunnyside Child Care Centre Inc., one of the most successful non-profit childcare centers in West Winnipeg.
