Keith A.Turner

President and Chief Executive Officer

Keith is an international commercial investment and merchant banker with over 30 years global experience including New York, London, Miami, the Far East and Western Canada.

He has created and managed loan and equity portfolios in excess of a billion dollars and has structured and closed the financings of over one hundred management buyouts and corporate financings over a wide variety of industries including hydro electric and waste-to energy cogeneration facilities, and with several of North America's premier real estate developers.

Prior to co-founding Meridian, Keith was Senior Vice President of a Vancouver based investment banking firm.

A published business writer and radio host, Keith has also owned and operated his own media company, earning back-to-back nominations for the Ernst and Young "Entrepreneur of The Year" in the Pacific Region.

Keith is based in Vancouver and Calgary.
