Currently a partner in Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP, Gary is a member of the firm’s Financial Services Practice Section in the Calgary office. Gary assists financial institutions in securing loan transactions and the solicitor side of receivership and reorganization work. He is also involved with general commercial work, including real estate and oil and gas transactions.Gary is a great counselor in commercial interests, including oil and gas, banking and real estate. Developers seek his insight to provide legal advice in respect to acquisition and development of land and oil and gas reserves. He is a true asset to financial institutions securing loan transactions and to borrowers dealing with financial institutions.
Gary has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Dalhousie University and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association. Gary received his law degree from Dalhousie University, LL.B and was called to the Bar a short year later.
