The CFO and a Director of Meridian, David Koplovich has served as the CFO for privately held companies with operations throughout Western Canada and the United States. He is a member of the executive team of Trinity Group, a private equity and debt fund based in Calgary. David provides advice about corporate financial planning, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, business plans, income tax and information systems.David has a Chartered Accounting designation, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation and is a Board Member with the Canadian Cancer Society.
