Scott is well into his second decade of working with Western Canadian companies on strategy, corporate growth, business development, and mergers and acquisitions. He has directly advised in excess of 50 companies on their corporate finance strategies and assisted them through the entire capital raising process; from locating, structuring, facilitating, closing, and ultimately funding the growth capital required to further their businesses. Recent transactions that Scott has been involved with range from $500,000 up to $40,000,000 in size.Scott manages the entire financing process from engaging a Meridian client through to the structuring and packaging phase. His knowledge and talent are utilized in presentations to investors, as well as his through approach to the legal and funding process. Scott continues to develop and maintain solid relationships with a large number of both debt and equity investors across Canada and the US.
Scott has a Masters of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University. He lives in Vancouver with his wife and two children.
